So, at the start of a new year alot of people like to make resolutions about staying in shape, firming up, getting outside more, and well, living a better lifestyle.
So, Plaine and Son, should fit into your resolution.
We are not strangers to a resolution. Any given day you might walk into the store late night near closing time, and find Les the owner, or Heather or the boys, on the scale weighing in. Sure we play our little competitions here, and why Not?
Life is about fun, and you can always have more fun when you are fit and able to move around more.
haven't been on a bike in years? No problem! Can't Ski? Learn! Make this year the year to go outside of your comfort zone. If your not pushing it, your just wasting time.
